The staff at Legacy Nail&Spa strive to provide you with a world class salon experience.  The policies below allow us to furnish a relaxing, positive atmosphere at the best salon in Oldsmar, Fl.

Our policy is to protect your rights and guarantee your satisfaction with the service(s) that we provide. It is not affected by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To allow us to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, you need to:

  • Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
  • While receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
  • Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.
  • Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.
  • Please be advised that Legacy Nail&Spa Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  • Price of service and other charges are displayed on the price list, please make sure you know before service.

APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

Appointments can be scheduled via phone at (813) 336-4934 or self-booking at www.legacynailandspa.com, or requested via email at legacynailandspa@gmail.com.  We recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to secure a date and time you find most convenient.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled treatment. Please keep in mind that if you should arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the original scheduled time and price in consideration of our next guest. If you should have to cancel your appointment, we require 24-hour notification
  • Please inform additional services (nail design, nail soak off…) when you schedule appointment. More info you give us for your service will help us put you with right technicians and extend your service time.
  • Parties, group events of more than 3, etc… will require for deposit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

We completely understand if you need to cancel an appointment. Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice via phone (813) 336-4934.

Legacy Nail&Spa allows one appointment no show. Any subsequent appointment no show/no call will require payment of 50% of the total cost of the missed appointment before any new appointment can be booked.

methods of payments

We accept cash, Zelle, ApplePay, and all cards payment.  All major credit cards ($10 minimum) will get additional 2% convenience fee from card processing company. Gratuities are greatly appreciated.

all services ARE FINAL SALES

  • No cash refunds will be given after your service done.
  • Price of service and other charges are displayed on the price list, please make sure you know before service.
  • As soon as you have walked out of the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
  • If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
  • No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind.
  • We will redo any service at no cost to you provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
  • If you are still not happy after we fixed your nails and request a refund, then you have to go through our Customer Complaint Procedure by writing to us, state the reason for your unsatisfied after we re-did your nails, the photo of the evidence of the nails that were fixed by us.

WEDDING AND SPECIAL OCCASION APPOINTMENTS

Legacy Nail&Spa salon loves helping clients prepare for special occasions. A credit card is required to reserve any special occasion nails or others appointment. Cancelling in under 48 hours prior or no-showing for the appointment will result your being charged for the amount equal to the service.

CHILDREN IN THE SALON

We love children and they are always welcome at the Salon and their safety is our primary concern. As a result, we ask that all children wait in the reception area with adult supervision. This also provides respect to other salon guests by not compromising their ability to relax during their appointment.  For safety and insurance liability, children must be supervised by an adult and sit with their parent while in salon. You are liable for any damage caused by your children in the salon.

To respects our clients relaxing, please keep your children not run around, yelling or crying.

ANIMALS IN THE SALON

Due to State of Florida codes and regulations, no animals of any kind are allowed in the salon (even if contained in a pet carrier). However, service animals are always welcome.

MEDICAL CONDITION DISCLOSURES

When engaging in any of our services, please inform staff of any medical conditions including but not limited to pregnancy, extreme skin sensitivities, allergies and any medications.

Please be advised that Legacy Nail&Spa Salon is not responsible for lost/stolen/ or damaged items.  Keep all belong in with you.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We want you to be thrilled with all of the services and products you receive at Legacy Nail&Spa Salon. All services are guaranteed and your satisfaction is our highest priority. In the event you are not satisfied, we would like the opportunity to exceed your expectations and offer a complimentary adjustment.


Please contact the salon within 48 hours of the original appointment to schedule an adjustment. Please note that the service guarantee does not apply if the guest changes the look agreed upon during the consultation at the previous visit.

In-salon product purchases must be returned unopened with receipt for exchange within 7 days.

Legacy Nail&Spa Salon does not guarantee services provided by independent contractors.

Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

  • Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days and 7 days for dipping and enhancements service after your appointment. If you notice chips or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with original color of service.
  • You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 5 days after your initial service.
  • Repairs after guarantee time for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged.
  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  • We will not be responsible for any infected nails.

(Our tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and will be presented for your inspection)
